PICOCC in CRM

  The device's main objectives are: to provide a very economical calls call management solutions. The User include a variety of office applications, and even families, in order to enable users to call records to facilitate effective management.
1) This equipment parallel connection with telephone lines, and connected with the PC through the USB port.

2) When the PC on-line and the exterior line incoming, this equipment will be immediately call number and the time taken to PC machines. The application on the PC can immediately pop-up interface, shown above, as well as each other's phone numbers and call history and other for rapid response operator.

3) When the PC off-line and the exterior line incoming, this equipment will be time to call number and bring their own equipment recorded in the FLASH memory. This device can store the call records of 1-2 years. When the PC-online online at the PC, and download history can be found phone records.
