Mission

SinoLab Technologies Co., LTD. is positioned to become the leading developer and manufacturer of small-scale carrier-level call enter equipments and other telecom products in China. Our target markets are those system distributors and system integrators seeking fully-integrated and cost-effective call center applications for small and medium size businesses. The equipments we provide are designed to compete with big companies like Cisco, AVAYA and Huawei in terms of quality and stability, at the same time we provide tailor-made total solution to small businesses with the needs to upgrade their business communication system and call center system at small business budget. We have a clear competitive advantage in terms of pricing and capability in the enormous market segments of small and medium enterprises where big companies like Cisco, AVAYA and Huawei are not able to enter because of the high prices of their systems.

Our midterm goal is to form strategic partnerships with the three major telecom carriers in China: China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom; to develop corresponding products to their services; to research and develop all-digital Optical equipments to accommodate future market trend and competition.

Our long-term goal is to build a SIP (System in Package) chip packaging center to facilitate our own telecommunications equipment production to improve performance and reduce costs.

 
Objectives

Our business strategy will revolve around providing quality and affordable integrated business communication system to small and medium enterprises in China; at the same time we will continue develop our relationships with China Telecom Corporation, China Mobile, China Unicom to form strategic partnerships as their business communication equipments provider. This shall be undertaken through finalizing development and testing of our latest products, expansion of the current sales department, recruitment of a professional telemarketing, sales and technical team and the provision of good quality custom-designed services, catering for the clients' particular needs.

With time our marketing campaign will increase the knowledge of our services to the various market segments we shall be targeting. This is particularly so with organizations looking at establishing a competitive advantage(s) on the market due to increased competition, hence providing them with the opportunity to focus on their core activities whilst procuring increased business from new and existing customers. We shall position ourselves as unified communications solution provider that strives to provide effective and efficient communication solutions to small and medium businesses. We intend to establish a good rapport with all the relevant stakeholders and offer great return on their investments.

In summary we intend to attain the following objectives:

  • To finalize and commercialize our latest developments – Wireless Extension PBX, SBCC (Small Business Call Center) equipment and Centrex Attendant Console.
  • To form strategic partnerships with the top three telecom service providers in China: China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom.
  • To build business and develop sales channel under the brand of "SinoLab" throughout China.
  • To achieve sales volume of 10 M RMB by 2010 and 30 M RMB by 2012.
  • To obtain at least 5% of the total market share from big equipments providers: AVAYA, Cisco, and Huawei by 2010.
